Hot Tubz Service & Repair provides professional hot tub maintenance, cleaning, repair, and custom cover manufacturing services throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. By scheduling a service, making a purchase, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
If a technician arrives on site and is unable to complete service due to customer absence, locked gates, or unsafe conditions, a trip charge may apply.
No refunds will be issued once service has begun.
Biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance plans renew automatically unless canceled in writing.
Services must be prepaid or billed according to the agreed schedule.
Missed or delayed payments may pause or cancel service.
We source and install OEM and aftermarket parts as available.
Parts and labor are covered by a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise noted.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, or chemical imbalance.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once service has been performed.
All spa covers are custom-made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun.
Because covers are custom made, they typically take 8–10 weeks to produce, but that time can vary depending on the time of the year.
Customers are responsible for ensuring measurements and color selections are accurate before order approval.
Shipping times may vary due to seasonal demand and supplier availability.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options.
Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
Accounts left unpaid may be referred to collections.
ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
There are no refunds whatsoever on electronic products, including but not limited to: control panels, circuit boards, pumps, heaters, sensors, and any other electronic components.
All electronic product sales are final at the time of purchase.
There are no refunds for services provided or not provided. Once a service has been scheduled, payment is non-refundable regardless of completion status.
If you cancel a service before the service is scheduled to begin, there will be no refunds whatsoever.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone, but will not result in any refund or credit.
Important: By booking a service or purchasing products, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
While every precaution is taken, Hot Tubz Service & Repair is not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing spa issues, hidden leaks, or manufacturer defects. Customers agree to maintain proper water chemistry and follow manufacturer guidelines after service completion.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect business or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
