Serving Southern NJ, Eastern PA & Delaware. Fill out the form below to request your closing — we'll confirm your exact date a week or two in advance.
Choose 2 preferred weeks for your closing. If you put a specific date instead of a week, we may not be able to accommodate it.
We notify you by text, email, or phone a week or two before with the exact date. No exact times are given, but we try to give a timeframe such as first or last of the day. Closings run Mon–Fri.
We make every effort to use your first preferred week, but may use your second if the first is full. Closings are first come, first served, based on when we receive your form. We are not responsible for weather delays, and a scheduled date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please submit this form at least 2 weeks before your first preferred week. (You can also text a photo of the paper form to 856-490-8596 or email it to rhentosh@gmail.com.)

DO NOT DRAIN YOUR TUB AND DO NOT TURN IT OFF. Leave the water at its normal level and the tub RUNNING. Our techs drain and winterize it as part of the closing. A running tub also lets us confirm everything works before it is shut down.
The tub will be closed in the condition it is found on the day of closing, so we recommend you balance the water and scoop out debris beforehand. If a return visit is needed because the tub was not ready (no power, no access, tub already drained or frozen), it will be billed as a standard service call ($289).
Customer responsibilities before the closing:
Scoop leaves and debris out of the water — techs do not vacuum or deep-clean at a closing unless the purge add-on is selected.
Balance the water (sanitizer and pH in range) in the days before your closing.
Unlock gates and make sure techs can reach the tub and the breaker/GFCI panel.
Clear snow, ice, and debris off the cover and the path to the tub.
Keep pets inside during the visit, and have a hose and outdoor outlet available if possible.
Drain the tub completely and wipe down the shell.
Blow all water out of the plumbing lines, jets, pumps, and heater.
Drain the pumps and equipment and remove the drain plugs.
Add non-toxic (propylene glycol) antifreeze to the plumbing lines.
Remove and rinse the filters and remove pillows/headrests — all left on your property, where you direct us.
Loosen pump unions as needed and shut the system down safely at the breaker.
Secure your cover and fasten the cover locks/straps.
You are responsible for keeping the cover secured and brushing heavy snow loads off it through the winter.
Check the cover position after major storms. Hot Tubz is not responsible for covers displaced by weather, straps or clips breaking, or water/debris that collects on top of the cover.
Do NOT turn the power back on or open the tub during the winter unless you plan to refill and run it — powering a winterized tub can burn out pumps and heaters. If you change your mind mid-winter, call us and we will reopen it properly (spring opening rates apply).
Hot Tubz can come out to re-secure a cover or check on a winterized tub during the winter for an additional service charge.
If you have any issue with the closing or the charges, you MUST contact us within 5 business days of the closing (call/text 856-490-8596 or email rhentosh@gmail.com). If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, we will take it that the work was completed properly and you were satisfied.
Hot Tubz cannot guarantee the condition of plumbing and equipment we cannot see, including underground or in-cabinet lines on tubs we did not install. We are not liable for damage beyond our control, including freezing caused by power outages or tripped breakers after our visit, normal wear and tear, neglect, or improper winter care. We will not assume responsibility for tears or damage to a cover that is worn or deteriorated. We do not perform repairs at the time of closing unless previously discussed and approved. Due to the unpredictability of winter, we cannot guarantee the water will be clean or clear when the tub is opened in the spring, and we are not responsible for the chemicals or time needed to clean it at opening.
Missing or Damaged Parts
To shut your tub down properly, missing or damaged parts (plugs, caps, O-rings, filters, cover clips, etc.) will be replaced at our tech's discretion and billed accordingly. If additional parts or services beyond the closing price will exceed $50, we will contact you to explain and get approval first. Hot Tubz is not liable for damage to parts that are corroded, rusted, or deteriorated during removal and re-installation.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance by phone, text, or email. Once the schedule is full we cannot offer that slot to anyone else.
Weather
Closings may be rescheduled in severe weather. We will contact you to rebook as close to your preferred week as possible.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. All sales are final.
We will email you a secure invoice through Stripe — no need to write card numbers on this form. We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and Card (a 3% processing fee applies to card payments).
If someone will be home, you may pay the tech directly on the day of closing by cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. Otherwise the Stripe invoice is due the day of service.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure payment is delivered to the tech before they leave, or that the invoice is paid the same day.
Frozen lines cost far more than a closing. Secure your spot now — closings are first come, first served and fill up fast.
